Return Policy

All wrong or faulty items recieved may be returned within 1 week(7 days M-S), as long as they have not been used, worn, applied, washed, or removed from transfer paper or backing. In event of wrong or damaged goods contact our support team and we will issue a full refund(including shipping) or replace the item at no cost to the buyer.

In event that you decide you do not want the item within 2 weeks(14 Days M-S), please contact support and we will set up an RMA ticket. The buyer will be refunded for the item in full once we receive it back. You will only receive a refund for the product it's self, not shipping to the consumer or return shipping back to us.

If your merchandise gets lost in the mail, you have 2 weeks from the date marked "shipped" to report the problem(US only, International has 3 Weeks). If your merchandise is lost and a reissue is requested, your purchase will be shipped out again in a prompt manner. There will be no refunds for re-issued merchandise, unless there are defects or a fault of Sweet-Signs.

Shipping Conditions

All products are shipped flat rate USPS with two options; First Class Mail, Priority Mail.

For Regular type decals(including phone skins), the standard shipping rate is $3.25 no matter how much you order. Expedited shipping for Regular Decals is $6.25 flat rate as well. Regular decals have free standard shipping, and include a free application squeegee if that product type total is equal to or over $25.00. Expedited shipping can still be chosen for $6.25

Large Decals, Wall Vinyl, and marine decals have a similar shipping style with different prices. Standard shipping is $6.25 with the free shipping point at $45.00. Expedited shipping is a flat rate of $9.25 no matter how much is spent.

Lastly, Shirts and other apparel Have a $5.25 flat rate standard shipping rate. We offer free shipping on shirt orders over $40.00. expedited shipping for Apparel is $10.25 Flat rate.

All Standard shipping prices are for US, Mexico, and Canada only. If shopping from anywhere else, please contact our shipping department before ordering.
